The Money Pit

The day we closed on our house and FINALLY got the keys we walked in and found this in our dining room:

Ice Dam

Jeff spent most of the next day removing an ice dam from the roof.

Last week:

We had an electrician out to move the electrical in the soffits. A drywall guy to repair the walls and ceiling where the soffits were. An ceiling painter to add popcorn to those areas and paint the ceiling.
